Terms & Conditions

Welcome to plans.indowifi.id (the “Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and its services, including subscription plans, account management, and related features. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent, and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

2. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

All plans are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed securely via supported payment gateways. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused service periods, except as required by applicable law.
Plan features, pricing, and availability are subject to change with prior notice posted on the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software on the Site are the property of Indowifi ID or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indowifi ID and its affiliates disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable service in the prior six months.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any reason in our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available at https://plans.indowifi.id/terms-conditions. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: March 15, 2025.
